Keith Moore
Keith Moore
Founder & CEO
Keith Moore is a digital innovator with 25+ years in Insurance and Financial Services. Over his career, Keith has pioneered innovations resulting in over $28 Billion in digital transactions. Recognized as a leading Insurance technology influencer, he was the Founder of CyberPolicy and CEO of CoverHound, both leaders in Property & Casualty Insurance that had sold over 500,000 policies online, and was acquired by Brown & Brown in 2020.

Before CoverHound, Moore held leadership roles at LendingTree, IAC, Farm Bureau and the Western Mutual Insurance Group, where he developed the first online homeowners insurance instant quote to bind in the US.

Keith also currently serves as CTO for all of K2 Insurance, is a Professor of the Practice for UNC Chapel Hill’s Business & Data Science schools, and serves on the Board for Appalachian State University’s RMI school.

Ray Lynch is a distinguished insurance professional with a proven track record of innovation in digital distribution. As the former VP of Growth at Coterie Insurance, he played a pivotal role in elevating digital engagement and conversion rates, driving significant premium growth and successfully integrating digital partners to boost the company’s direct written premium. During his time at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Ray expanded small commercial digital distribution through strategic business insurance partnerships, showcasing his expertise in digital strategy and deep understanding of the insurance market.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Ray’s military background adds a unique dimension to his professional persona. His ability to navigate complex environments and lead teams effectively is a testament to the invaluable experience gained during his military career.
Meghan Hannes
Chief UW & Claims Officer
Meghan Hannes is a proven insurance executive with 20+ years of experience in Cyber, Media, Tech E&O and Professional Liability Insurance. As former Head of US Underwriting Management, Cyber Risks at Beazley, Meghan was responsible for the strategic direction for cyber liability underwriting across all products in cyber risks, inclusive of oversight on pricing adequacy, underwriting guidelines, management information development, analysis and reporting, and product/application development.

Before Beazley, Meghan served as the Cyber, Technology Product Head at Hiscox and held various Privacy & Network Security product management and senior level underwriting positions at Axis Insurance, The Hartford and Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. She also served as Director of Underwriting at the startup CloudInsure. Meghan has been Co-Chair for many Cyber Risk Industry Events and was honored with the 2020 NetDiligence ‘Toby Merrill’ Cyber Industry Award.

Katherine Moura is a proven marketing leader who has worked in B2B, B2C and B2B2C organizations. She is the former Chief Marketing Officer of Certificial, CoverHound, and CyberPolicy–all insurtech startups where she played a central role in brand development and growth.

She is experienced in building and executing omni-channel marketing strategies that leverage efficient, multi-channel digital acquisitions, traditional offline marketing and successful communications strategies to support and enhance the overall strategy and positioning of products or companies at various stages.

Known for her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and leadership skills, Katherine brings 19 years of marketing, brand and communications experience to the team.

John Free is a seasoned design and UX leader who brings over 25 years of expertise in branding, marketing, and user experience design. As the former Chief Design Officer at CyberPolicy and CoverHound, he played a pivotal role in cementing both brands as recognized insurtech leaders.

Utilizing his customer-first approach, he creates streamlined and intuitive experiences that instill confidence in brands. Prior to his time in insurtech, John held key design positions at several enterprise-level firms, most notably his role in the IPO of MaxPoint and contributions at iContact where revenue increased from $7M to $26M in a single year.

John’s expertise lies at the intersection of creativity and functionality, ensuring a lasting impact on brands.
